NFPA20 UL/FM Horizontal Split Casing (HSC) Fire Pumps Set

ROTATION: Rotation is clockwise for engine driven pump, motor driven pump can be anti-clockwise or clockwise. Counter-rotation possible with similar parts.
VOLUTE: Double volute casing reduces radial forces on the impeller and consequently the bearing loads. Easy mounting self-aligning upper casing. Heavy duty casing and flanges design for high working pressure. Excellent efficiencies and outstanding NPSH improved by CFD. Replaceable wear rings protect the casing ta the impeller running clearances. Smooth surface inside and epoxy coating.
IMPELLER: New vane passage design according to UL/FM standards with excellent hydraulic characteristics improved by CFD, lowest BHP reduce the cost of the package system. Two stage pump mounted back-to-back impellers.
SHAFT: Heavy duty shaft and material design suitable for both 50 & 60 Hz. Short distance between bearings with negligible vibrations. Replaceable shaft protecting sleeves.

Available in horizontal split casing (HSC) configuration with single stage and multistage double suction. Axially split casing allows the easy removal of the top casing for inspection and service.
Available in many driver speed rotation: (50Hz: 2/4 Pole Speed, 60Hz: 2/4 Pole Speed, Engine speed: 1800/2000/2100/2350/2600/3000)
Flow rate capacity 300 up to 8000 USGPM.
Working pressure: 40 up to 367 psi for single stage HSC fire pump. 236 up to 616 psi for multistage HSC fire pump. ANSI Flanges.
Available in customized package such as: Skid containerised fire pump package and Skid modular fire pump package.
