Q2 2025 Highlights: PT EBARA Indonesia’s Commitment to Integrity, Talent, and Operational Excellence
Welcome to the Q2 2025 edition of our internal magazine, where we proudly highlight the progress and initiatives that mark another step forward in PT EBARA Indonesia’s journey of excellence.
This quarter reflects our continuous commitment to integrity, operational quality, and human capital development. We kicked off with a comprehensive Internal Control Audit, conducted in collaboration with PT SCS Global Consulting, to ensure our operations align with strong governance and compliance standards.
In May, we took part in the Kemnaker Job Fair 2025 to connect with young talents across Indonesia, while also supporting EBARA Corporation Japan’s global recruitment initiative with top universities. These efforts reaffirm our ongoing dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
June brought operational milestones as we held Factory Acceptance Tests (F.A.T) with clients from PT Arum Maya and MRT Jakarta, demonstrating transparency and our commitment to quality assurance.
On the safety front, our HSE Division rolled out activities like Permit to Work training and P2K3 coordination meetings to strengthen our workplace safety and environmental culture. Meanwhile, our Sales Team led a product training session for PT Terada Teknika Indonesia, boosting customer knowledge and technical understanding.
This quarter’s initiatives not only reflect our pursuit of quality and safety, but also highlight our role in nurturing people and driving sustainable growth.
