EBARA Way 2024: A Commitment to Sustainable Growth
We are proud to launch the EBARA Way, aligning with our E-Plan 2025 and E-Vision 2030. This initiative emphasizes sustainable corporate growth while addressing significant social challenges. The EBARA Way serves as our foundation, incorporating our corporate philosophy and CSR policies, and highlights our dedication to contributing to society through high-quality technology and services related to water, air, and the environment.
Global Career Development Program (GCDP)
Our Global Career Development Program (GCDP) continues to empower employees with international experience. This quarter, we are thrilled to announce that Ganjar Nugraha and Irwan Sanaji have been selected for secondments to EBARA Environmental Plant Co., Ltd. in Japan and EBARA Bombas América do Sul LTDA in Brazil, respectively. Their experiences will enhance their professional growth and prepare them for future leadership roles within the EBARA Group.
EBARA Games 2024: Fostering Team Spirit
On August 1, 2024, we kicked off the annual EBARA Games, an exciting event designed to strengthen relationships among employees, boost morale, and promote health and fitness. This year’s games proved to be a fantastic platform for teamwork and camaraderie, demonstrating the positive impact of sports on our workplace culture.
Manufacturing Competition 2024: Showcasing Innovation
This quarter, we also hosted the Manufacturing Competition 2024, providing a unique platform for blue-collar workers from the EBARA Group to showcase their innovative ideas and technological skills. The challenge focused on the sustainable utilization of manufacturing waste, encouraging participants to think creatively while adhering to strict guidelines regarding cost and weight.
Global HR Meeting: Building a Unified Future
In September, Ms. Dewi Anggraini, our HR General Affairs and Legal Manager, attended the Global HR Meeting in Japan. This five-day event brought together representatives from 27 subsidiaries of the EBARA Group to discuss aligning HR practices globally through the “One EBARA HR” system. Ms. Dewi’s participation underscores our commitment to enhancing HR quality and adhering to international standards.

Internal Audit Training: Enhancing Quality Management Skills
We also conducted an in-house training program this quarter focused on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. This training aimed to enhance employees’ understanding and skills related to international standards, reinforcing our culture of quality and safety within the organization.
