PT EBARA Indonesia Town Hall Meeting 2025
PT EBARA Indonesia successfully held a Town Hall Meeting bringing together all employees, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to transparency, alignment, and employee engagement.
The event served as an important platform to reflect on the company’s achievements in 2025 while clearly communicating strategic directions and objectives for 2026.
Opening and National Anthem
The Town Hall Meeting opened with welcoming remarks from the HR team, followed by the singing of Indonesia Raya. This moment reinforced a sense of unity, pride, and shared responsibility among all participants.
Safety Induction
As safety remains a core value of EBARA, the session continued with a Safety Induction led by the HSE team. Employees were reminded of the importance of maintaining a safe and healthy working environment in all activities.
Company Kaleidoscope 2025
The Company Kaleidoscope 2025 was presented by the Digital Marketing and HR teams, highlighting key moments, milestones, and activities throughout the year. This session provided a comprehensive overview of operational achievements, internal initiatives, and collaborative efforts across departments.
President Director’s Speech
A key highlight of the Town Hall Meeting was the speech delivered by President Director, Mr. Onishi. In his address, he shared:
- A recap of EBARA Indonesia’s achievements in 2025
- Appreciation for employees’ contributions and teamwork
- The 2026 destination statement and target objectives, outlining strategic priorities and the company’s direction for sustainable growth

HR Information: ESS Program
The HR team then introduced updates related to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) Program. The session explained key features, benefits, and how the system supports efficiency, transparency, and better access to HR-related information for all employees.
Interactive Quiz Session
To create an engaging atmosphere, the Town Hall included an interactive quiz session facilitated by HR. Employees actively participated, fostering enthusiasm, teamwork, and a positive learning experience.
Closing and Prayer
The event concluded with a closing session and a prayer led by HSE Team, expressing gratitude for the successful event and hopes for continued success and collaboration in the coming year.
