As PT EBARA Indonesia begins the year, the first quarter of 2025 has already set the stage for a year of progress, teamwork, and innovation. The events of January to March showcased our commitment to growth, safety, and recognition of excellence.

Employee Session 2025: A Fresh Start to the Year

The Annual Employee Session, held on January 2, 2025, was a powerful way to kick off the year. HR-GA Manager Ms. Dewi Anggraeni S. opened the session with an inspiring speech, followed by the national anthem, “Indonesia Raya,” uniting everyone in a shared sense of purpose. President Director Mr. Eisaku Onisi then outlined the company’s achievements from 2024 and strategic objectives for 2025, setting the tone for the year ahead.

Employee of the Month: Recognizing Outstanding Performance

Our Employee of the Month program continues to inspire high performance across the company. Employees who demonstrate excellence in their work, commitment to teamwork, and innovative contributions through Kaizen were honored for their efforts. These recognitions motivate the entire team to push boundaries and keep improving.

Ramadhan Safety Patrol: Ensuring Workplace Safety

In March, as the Idul Fitri holiday approached, the Ramadhan Safety Patrol was activated to maintain safety and security across our facilities. This initiative ensured that the workplace remained secure, with designated teams monitoring different areas to prevent any potential risks.
